2D Floor Planner
From $0.10-$1.00 sq/ft
Get your project off the ground with a basic floor plan to to provide your builder a solid foundation for production of ideas, concepts, quotes, and estimates. This tier could include one or more of the following: A new custom general floor plan, or a revised pre-existing plan(recommended) with placement of generic windows and doors, placement and layout of lighting and plumbing fixtures, front, back, and side elevations, a roof design, basic site planning with consideration of sun location and land access, if the required information is available, and you already have your land/lot. Specific details other than 2D measurements will be limited.
Full 3D Modeler
From $0.50-$1.00 sq/ft
Want something more concrete, that requires less dreaming and imagination? Need a better visual to help with build design and architectural elements and choices? This tier offers just that, including: Full 3 Dimensional visualization of your project , defining interior and exterior styles such as, vaulted ceilings, plant shelving, built-in shelving, archways, transoms, window and door styles, ceiling trays, columns, trim sizing and more.
The Designer Studio
From $2.00 sq/ft
