Services offered

Due to the highly individual nature of our service, pricing varies widely. Projects can be simple, or have a lot of complexity. The following pricing structure can give you a good idea of what to expect for your desired service, but with a remote consultation or some quick communications, we will provide a definitive price plan for your project.

2D Floor Planner

Get your project off the ground with a basic floor plan to to provide your builder a solid foundation for production of ideas, concepts, quotes, and estimates. This tier could include one or more of the following: A new custom general floor plan, or a revised pre-existing plan(recommended) with placement of generic windows and doors, placement and layout of lighting and plumbing fixtures, front, back, and side elevations, a roof design, basic site planning with consideration of sun location and land access, if the required information is available, and you already have your land/lot. Specific details other than 2D measurements will be limited.

Full 3D Modeler

Want something more concrete, that requires less dreaming and imagination? Need a better visual to help with build design and architectural elements and choices? This tier offers just that, including: Full 3 Dimensional visualization of your project , defining interior and exterior styles such as, vaulted ceilings, plant shelving, kitchen islands, built-in shelving, archways, nooks, bays, transoms, window and door styles, ceiling trays, archways, columns, trim sizing and more.

The Design studio

Experience bespoke solutions that transform visions into luxurious visual narratives, crafted to captivate and inspire and bring to life what was once only an idea. Know, without any doubt, exactly what your home will look like, and even what it will feel like. This tier offers everything from 2D and 3D models while using very powerful modern tools, bringing them to life as if you were standing in your project and were snapping photos yourself. Using Physical Based Rendering techniques like light path/ray-tracing, complex 3D models, and real-to-life material recreation, brings the opportunity to unequivocally define your style choices from color, texture, natural lighting, furniture and art placement, real life appliances, lighting and plumbing fixtures, and more. Have fun too and show your friends and family what your house looks like… before the shovel even breaks ground.
